部分有关术语和定义的进一步解释:
1.1.1 轴、孔
轴、孔通常指工件的圆柱形外、内尺寸要素,如图2中上方两图所示;但也包括非圆柱形的外尺寸(由二平行平面或切面形成的被包容面)和内尺寸(由二平行平面或切面形成的包容面)。如图 1中普通平键的键宽、矩形花键的键宽都为轴的尺寸要素;而平键的键槽宽度和花键的键槽宽度则为孔的尺寸要素。图1中下方两图与花键轴的大、小直径相对应的不连续的外圆柱面为轴的尺寸要素,与大、小直径相对应的不连续内圆柱面则为孔的尺寸要素。

1.1.2 偏差和尺寸公差
如表2所示,偏差是某一尺寸(实际尺寸、极限尺寸等)减其公称尺寸所得的代数差。上极限尺寸和下极限尺寸与公称尺寸的代数差分别为上极限偏差和下极限偏差,统称为极限偏差。因为上、下极限尺寸可以大于、小于,也可能等于公称尺寸,所以偏差可以是正值、负值或零。实际尺寸与公称尺寸的代数差为实际偏差,实际偏差应位于极限偏差范围之内。
尺寸公差是一个没有数学符号的绝对值。如图 2所示,无论公称尺寸为50mm的两个极限偏差值均为正值、均为负值、一正一负、一正一零或一零一负哪种情况,其尺寸公差都是0.02mm这样一个允许尺寸变化的变动量。绝对值只有大小,没有符号,不能在尺寸公差数值前冠以符号,把尺寸公差称为“正公差”或“负公差”都是错误的。

1.1.3 间隙、过盈
由表2可见,无论间隙或过盈,孔的尺寸均作为被减数,相配合的轴的尺寸均作为减数,间隙是两者之差为正,过盈是两者之差为负。
在间隙或过盈计算中,如孔的尺寸减去相配合的轴的尺寸为“+0.02mm”,则表示此配合的间隙为 0.02mm;如孔的尺寸减去相配合的轴的尺寸为“-0.02mm”,则表示配合的过盈为0.02mm。如某一配合孔与轴之差为“-0.035mm”,另一配合孔与轴之差为“-0.001mm”,前者表示过盈为 0.035mm,后者表示过盈为0.001mm,自然前者过盈大,后者过盈小。
1.1.4 配合
CB/T1800.1—2009对此术语基本采用原来标准GB/T1800.1—1997的定义,该定义与ISO/286—1:1988国际标准相应术语的定义不同。由表2 可见,它是指公称尺寸相同的,相互结合的孔和轴公差带之间的相对位置关系,如图3。它不是指单个孔与单个轴的结合关系,而是从区分配合类别的角度进行定义的。
孔的公差带在轴的公差带之上的,为间隙配合(图3a);
孔的公差带在轴的公差带之下的,为过盈配合(图3b);
孔的公差带与轴的公差带相互交叠的,为过渡配合(图 3c);
单个孔与单个轴相互结合后只能具有间隙或者具有过盈,不可能过渡其间,如有间隙,则该结合可能属于间隙配合类,也可能属于过渡配合类;如有过盈,则该结合可能属于过盈配合类,也可能属于过渡配合类。

1.2 标准公差
GB/T1800.1—2009规定标准公差等级代号用符号IT和数字组成,例如IT7。当其与代表基本偏差的字母一起组成公差带时,省略IT字母,如h7。
GB/T1800.1—2009将标准公差分为IT01、 IT0、IT1至IT18共20级。CB/T1800.1—2009的正文列出了公称尺寸至3150mm的IT1至IT18级的标准公差数值,见表3。标准公差等级IT01 和IT0在工业中很少用到,所以在GB/T1800.1— 2009的正文中没有给出该两公差等级的标准公差数值,但为满足使用者需要,在GB/T1800.1-2009的附录A中给出了这些数值,而且公称尺寸只至500mm,见表4。
GB/T1801—2009的附录C提供了公称尺寸大于 3150mm至10000mmTT6至IT18的标准公差数值,见表5,供参考使用。

1.3 基本偏差
GB/T1800.1-2009对基本偏差的代号规定为:孔用大写字母A,……,ZC表示;轴用小写字母a,……, zc表示(图4),各28个。其中,H代表基准孔的基本偏差代号,h代表基准轴的基本偏差代号。GB/T1800.1一2009给出了公称尺寸至3150mm的轴的基本偏差数值,见表6;以及孔的基本偏差数值,见表7。
GB/T1801一2009的附录C提供了公称尺寸大于3150mm至10000mm的孔、轴基本偏差数值(表8),供参考使用。

1.4 公差带
GB/T1800.1一2009规定:公差带用基本偏差的学母和公差等级数学表示,例如H7表示一种孔的公差带,h7表示一种轴的公差带;注公差的尺寸用公称尺寸后跟所要求的公差带或(和)对应的偏差值表示,例如32H7、80js15、100g6、$100_{-0.034}^{-0.012} $、$100g6_{-0.034}^{-0.012} $;当使用有限的字母组的装置传输信息时,例如电报,在标注前加注H或h(对孔)、S 或S(对轴),例如50H5或为H50H5或h50h5, 50h6或为S50H6或s50h6,但这种方法不能在图样上使用。
图5为各种公差带上、下偏差的归类图释由于各种公差带的极限偏差值均可由标准公差数值表 3、表5和基本偏差数值表6~表8 计算得到,此处仅举几个示例说明其计算方法,不再将各种公差带的极限偏差值一一列出。

1.5 配合
GB/T1800.1一2009规定:配合用相同的公称尺寸后跟孔、轴公差带表示,孔、轴公差带写成分数形式,分子为孔公差带,分母为轴公差带,例如52H7/h6,或$52\frac{H7}{g6} $;当使用有限的字母组的装置传输配合信息时,例如电报,在标注前加注H或h(对孔)、S或s(对轴),例如52H7/g6可用 H52H7/S52G6或h52h7/s52g6,但这种方法同样也不能在图样上使用。
配合分基孔制配合和基轴制配合(图6),如有特殊需要,充允许将任一孔、轴公差带组成配合。无论基孔制配合还是基轴制配合,都有间隙配合、过渡配合和过盈配合三类。属干哪一种配合取决于孔轴公差带的相互位置关系。

1.6 公差带和配合的选择
1.6.1 公差带的选择
按照表3、表6和表7所列的标准公差和基本偏差数值,在公称尺寸至3150mm内可以组成天量不同大小与位置的公差带,具有非常广泛选用的可能性。从经济性出发,为避免定值刀具、量具的品种、规格不必要的繁杂,GB/T1800.2一2009限定了许多孔轴公差带,如图7~图10所示。为适应精密机械和钟表制造业的需要GB/T 1803一2003专门规定了尺寸至18mm孔、轴公差带,见图11和图12。上述各种孔轴公差带的极限偏差均列于表9~表12。
CB/T1801一2009对公差带的选择进一步限定如下:
1)孔公差带 公称尺寸至500mm的孔公差带见图13。选择时,应优先选用图13中圆圈中的公差带,其次选用方框中的公差带,最后选用其他公差带。
公称尺寸大于500mm至3150mm的孔公差带,见图14。
2)轴公差带 公称尺寸至500mm的轴公差带见图15。选择时,应优先选用图15中圆圈中的公差带,其次选用方框中的公差带,最后选用其他公差带。
公称尺寸天于500mm至3150mm的轴公差带,见图16。
1.6.2 配合的选择
按照表3、表6和表7所列的标准公差和基本偏差数值,在公称尺寸至3150mm内可以组成大量不同大小和位置的公差带,这些孔、轴公差带更可组成很多种配合。与公差带选择同理,从经济性出发,也应对配合的选择加以限定。GB/T1801一2009 在其选定的孔轴公差带单,进一步从中选取了少量孔、轴公差带组成了一些优先和常用配合。
公称尺寸至500mm的基孔制优先和常用配合见表13,基轴制优先和常用配合见表14。表 15为这些配合的极限间隙或极限过盈。选择时,首先选用表中的优先配合(带圆圈的),其次选用常用配合(带方框的)。
